In the 16th episode of 7 Little Johnstons titled “Birthday Maneuvers,” the whole family assembled for an emergency meeting.
Liz was only two weeks away from her C-section, so Amber wanted to rehearse with the family in case Liz’s water broke earlier than the due date. She assigned roles to everyone in the event of this emergency.
Anna was to ensure their dog stayed inside while Emma would turn off all the lights. Amber decided to be by Liz’s side when she was in labour while Jonah and Brice warmed up the cars. As for Alex, he was tasked with securing the house and locking all the doors.
When the plan was put into practice, it did not yield immediate results. In their first time, Jonah overslept while Brice forgot his keys. Anna, on the other hand, forgot to wear her shoes.
Putting the plan into motion for a second time, the results were more ideal. However, Brice still managed to forget his wallet.
The episode then shifted focus to the parents-to-be. Liz and Brice expressed being a tad bit nervous, with Liz mentioning that Brice was particularly concerned about the C-section.

The episode included Alex celebrating his 18th birthday with family and friends. His girlfriend Allie also flew in to be a part of the celebration.
The party had a Top Gun theme, with the house decorated in red, white, and blue. The group had call signs, with Emma choosing Dumpling and Anna opting for Passion.
The kids then enjoyed a celebrity name game, during which Anna gave out a huge clue, allowing the opponent to guess the celebrity easily.
The fun vibe of the party soon shifted to Amber and Trent, nostalgically revisiting the past as they played old videos of him. They reminisced about adopting him and making him a part of the Johnston family.
To add to his celebration, Alex went on a shopping trip where he bought lottery tickets and energy drinks. He also spent quality time with his girlfriend, going to a trampoline park.
Finally, in a memorable farewell to Allie, Alex lit up fireworks despite being scared of the noise.
