General Hospital spoilers for Monday, October 21st, reveal that Jason Morgan is beginning to realize the risks involved with Sam McCall donating her liver.

While saving Lulu Spencer is critical, Jason fears that the surgery could end in tragedy, potentially costing Sam her life.

Even if the operation succeeds in saving Lulu, Sam could still face numerous complications. Sam, aware of the risks, tries to calm Jason, reminding him to focus on their son, Danny Morgan.

She needs to rest before, during, and after the surgery, but no one suspects that this time, entrusting Danny to Jason could be permanent—because Sam is destined to die on the operating table.

Jason will be haunted by regret, wishing he had stopped Sam sooner. Danny, too, will likely struggle, blaming himself and others for his mother’s tragic fate.

Sam’s boyfriend, Dante Falconeri, is also deeply concerned about both Sam and Lulu. He confides in his close friend, Cody Bell, who reassures him that everything will work out.

However, Cody understands the gravity of the surgery and briefly considers telling Dante to stop Sam from going through with the liver donation.

But knowing how important Lulu is to Dante, Cody holds back.

Dante and Sam share a heartfelt conversation before her surgery, giving Dante the chance to see Sam one last time before she closes her eyes for good. Meanwhile, Lulu’s condition worsens as someone has tampered with her ventilator, or it’s malfunctioning.

Lucas Jones stresses the urgency of operating on Lulu before it’s too late, a sentiment echoed by Isaiah Ganon and Elizabeth Baldwin.

Despite their agreement, Isaiah is hesitant—he hasn’t performed surgery in a long time, and the memory of a patient dying on his watch still haunts him, shaking his confidence.

Elsewhere, Robert Scorpio and Holly Sutton engage in a tense conversation. Robert is furious that Holly kept Sasha Gilmore’s true identity a secret for so long. He demands to know why Holly hid the truth, especially since Sasha has been in Port Charles for quite some time.

Both Robert and Sasha await the DNA test results to confirm whether Robert is indeed Sasha’s father. Sasha confides in her best friend, Maxie Jones, expressing her hope that the results will prove Holly’s claims false.

Sasha struggles with the idea of Cody as her new boyfriend, and the situation becomes even more complicated when she discovers she may be pregnant—right before receiving unexpected DNA results.

Meanwhile, Lucky Spencer is deeply concerned about Lulu’s condition. He vows to uncover who tampered with her ventilator, and if necessary, will take legal action against the doctors responsible for the oversight.

As this drama unfolds, Hamilton Finn plans to relocate to Seattle, hoping to bring his daughter, Violet Finn, with him.

Violet will have to say goodbye to the Quartermaine family, particularly Tracy Quartermaine, who has both helped and hindered Violet in the past.

However, things take a darker turn when Finn’s car loses control and crashes, leaving Violet, Finn, and others involved in the accident facing an uncertain fate.
