Growing up together, Steffy and Phoebe shared a deep bond, spending a lot of time together.

Sadly, Phoebe tragically died in a car accident in 2008, and more than a decade has passed since her death.

Steffy still misses her sister, despite the arguments they often had—something typical for sisters.

However, in true soap opera fashion, the writers could easily find a way to bring Phoebe back.

After all, it wouldn’t be the first time a character presumed dead returns to the show.

This possibility opens up a new storyline that could create significant turmoil.

Though everyone believes Phoebe died all those years ago, it’s possible she was secretly taken to a hospital for treatment, leaving room for her shocking return.

Phoebe’s return to Los Angeles would undoubtedly stir things up, particularly for Steffy.
