Up until the show ended after Season 25, viewers saw Caryn’s relationship with Matt Roloff documented in scenes. While some people still don’t like Caryn, others liked seeing the relationship that she and Matt cultivated over the years.
Many Little People Big World fans have called out Caryn Chandler for many years for what they saw as her not being genuine, or being in it for Matt’s money. However, over the years, she has proven that she is here to stick around, and viewers even saw Matt Roloff pop the question in previous scenes.

For Caryn Chandler and the way that she approached weight loss, it was a practical decision to focus on her health and her overall well-being. She previously spoke about what prompted her to get herself in gear, saying: “It wasn’t about wanting to fit into a smaller size or look a certain way—it was about feeling better and being healthier, not just for myself, but for my family.”

Following this realization of needing to get herself in gear, Caryn Chandler certainly did just that. One of the first things that Chandler did was focus on mindful eating. She did not want to go on any extreme diets, and she wanted to find a solution that she could maintain long-term.
Caryn Chandler said: “I didn’t want to go on a diet that made me feel deprived. I wanted to find balance in what I was eating. It was about listening to my body and finding what worked for me.”

Caryn combined this mindful eating with consistent movement and strength training for exercise. Once again, she did not want to do anything overly intense, but rather, something she could maintain. Things like walking daily and focusing on core exercises helped greatly. Through consistency, Caryn Chandler was able to drop 50 pounds, and she looks better than ever as a result.
