After Hope Says Goodbye, Carter Makes a Shocking Move Toward Daphne!B&B

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) had renewed faith that his relationship with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) might be back on track after a recent conversation.

She had been furious with him for sticking with his job at Forrester Creations after they mercilessly fired her.

They had briefly taken over the company, and when Carter decided to give it back, Hope still believed that they were a team and that he would stand by her.

She was left feeling betrayed, and just recently was at a point where she could have a calm conversation with Carter.

Carter Believed That They Were On Their Way To A Reconciliation

Once Hope was finally willing to speak with Carter, he went to work trying to win her over. Carter has shared that his life is awful without Hope and that, regardless of business, their love should be strong enough to prevail.

He was bound and determined to win her back and was ready to do whatever it took to prove himself to her. Hope clearly wanted to believe Carter, but it was going to take a little work on his part to reassure her.

Liam’s News Changed Everything For Hope

Hope entertained the idea of rekindling things with Carter for mere minutes before Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Maccines Wood) arrived to tell her that their ex-husband, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), is dying.

After that, all that Hope can think about is Liam and the daughter that they share. Carter is no longer a thought, because immediate family is all that matters to Hope.

Carter Stops Ignoring Daphne’s Advances

Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilarie) arrived at Forrester Creations with two goals: to create a signature fragrance and to break up Carter and Hope.

Somewhere along the way, Daphne actually fell for Carter and has aggressively told him every chance she gets. The two have shared two kisses, with Carter insisting that he still loves Hope.

Daphne has tried to convince Carter that it is time to move on from Hope, with little luck, until now.

Once Hope makes it clear that Liam is her only focus, Carter is a free man with no reason to ignore Daphne’s advances. His heart may still be with Hope, but that won’t stop him from getting physical with the perfumer.
