General Hospital weekly spoilers for June 9-13, 2025, reveal more courtroom shockers as Michael and Willow battle it out for their children.

After Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) so rudely disrupted Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) divorce hearing, to go into labor and have a baby on the floor of the courtroom with Willow delivering little Daisy Corinthos, the custody hearing continues this coming week.
Before the hearing begins, Michael surprises Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
After that, there are fireworks in the courtroom as Willow stands her ground. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) finds herself on the warpath, while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is not happy at all. Did Willow do something he wasn’t aware of? When he stoops to a new low, all hell will break loose.
The End of Lucky and Liz…again
Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) feels she made the right choice when she turned down Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) marriage proposal. She opens up to Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) about her decision and why she made it. Liz knows Lucky can never stay in one place for long, and he has now proven her right. Within minutes of her saying no, he decided to leave town again.
Lucky shares some tender moments with both Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) as he says goodbye to his sister and mother. In Lucky’s eyes, there is nothing for him in Port Charles. Never mind that he has a son there who is still in high school. But, Lucky is Luke Spencer’s life through and through.
Other Port Charles Happenings
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) has a busy week as she offers some words of caution before issuing a challenge to her old frenemy Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Felicia Jones-Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) accepts a brand-new mission. Will she use her PI skills again?
At the hospital, Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) can tell that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is distressed and asks if he can help. And finally, the tension between Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) rages on. Dante still can’t believe that his best friend kept such a massive secret from him.
