Days of Our Lives Next 2 Weeks: Kate Spies Marlena in Roman’s Arms – Gabi & Johnny Brainstorm – Cat Lies to Chad

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks, June 23 to July 4, reveal that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) will trust Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) with the truth about what she witnessed at the DiMera mansion.

Since Rachel saw Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) arguing with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and aiming a gun at him, she’ll assume he’s the one who fired at her uncle.

Marlena will come to that same conclusion during the week of June 23-July 4, so she’ll corner Johnny with Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) backing her up.

Johnny will once again face questions about what really happened that night, but he’ll promise he’s not responsible for the bullet EJ took.

Later, Johnny will focus on his new job at Titan-DiMera, where he’ll brainstorm with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and feel good about where his career is headed.

However, Days spoilers say Johnny’s position will take a backseat to the DOOL drama that’s about to erupt.

Despite EJ’s best efforts to prevent Johnny’s downfall, Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will place Johnny under arrest for his dad’s attempted murder.

As for Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), she’ll face pressure from Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) and presumably kick off a secret ISA assignment – one that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) may grow suspicious about.

Whatever the case, Cat may struggle once she lands in a position where she’s forced to lie to Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) again.

Chad and Cat will have a nice dinner together, but her hidden ISA assignment could still weigh on her.

Over with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), she won’t buy that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) is innocent any more than anybody else does.

Stephanie will grill Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) about his bogus story and push for the whole truth.

Philip will have some terrible dreams about Xander attacking him, but he won’t let them get in the way of the arrangement they’ve settled on.

As for Xander and Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), their custody feud over Victoria Kiriakis (Amelia and Kennedy Hileman) will turn scary thanks to Xander’s ominous comments.

Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) will also tie the knot while Tate Black (Leo Howard) does some soul-searching about the adoption. Shane will quiz Tate and wonder if giving the baby up is really what he wants.

Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) will be determined to move this adoption along as soon as possible, so she’ll turn to Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) for more assistance.

Back with Marlena and Roman, they’ll share a cozy moment that Kate ends up spotting.

It sounds like Marlena will seek comfort in Roman’s arms just in time for Kate to witness the exes bonding.

During the week of June 30-July 4, Days spoilers say Kate will move forward with vengeful Xander plans while Johnny tries to get out of legal hot water.

EJ will no doubt do everything he can to get Johnny off the hook and may pressure Belle Black (Martha Madison) to do her part, too.

Johnny isn’t the real culprit, so it’d be helpful if EJ could remember more about that night.

EJ currently thinks Johnny is responsible, but could some new memory flashes point in another direction?

As for Sophia and Tate, they may face some tension when it comes to the latest adoption news.

Tate may be upset over Sophia going behind his back to make arrangements with Melinda, especially since he’s not a fan of the attorney.

Plus, Tate may admit he’s thinking about possibly being a real dad to this baby. If Sophia is lying about the bio dad in a big twist, that could be a game-changer.

Days surely brought Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) back for a reason.

There’s been a lot of talk about Tate using protection and how Aaron always thought he’d end up with Sophia.

It’s possible that Sophia and Aaron hit the sheets off-screen, so Tate may miss out on the chance to be a father if Aaron is the baby daddy instead.

Regardless, Sophia’s little one will come into the world soon, so stay tuned for updates on the chaos that’ll happen after the birth.
