Marlena thought something was wrong with her and consulted Sarah Kiriakis (Lindsey Godfrey) about her health issues.

Marlena Evans Has Been Reading To Rachel Black
Marlena has started reading stories from the Arabian Nights book to Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) who has been staying at the penthouse with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Rachel was having difficulty staying at the Dimera mansion because of flashbacks of Johnny Dimera (Carson Boatman) holding a gun on EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel).
However, it seems that there could be a lot more to Rachel’s story since a leak months ago revealed her as the shooter.
Marlena is trying to help Rachel deal with this by reading to her. However, Marlena seems to be passing out more often and no one seems to have answers to why this is happening.
Marlena Evans Believes Stefano Dimera Is Alive
Fans know that Stefano was killed years ago by Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) after he pushed her until she shot him. Afterward, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) showed up with a brain chip that was supposed to be the essense of Stefano. The chip was supposed to have been destroyed by Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) years ago.
Unfortunately, the Days Of Our Lives preview video for summer and beyond shows Dr. Rolf (Richard Wharton) resurrecting someone else from you of his cyrogenic chambers in his lab. This person appears to be Stefano, but obviously a new version of him. Could this be the reason that Marlena he is alive?
Is The Arabian Nights Book The Culprit?
If Dr. Rolf is involved, the book about the Arabian Knights could very well be a trigger to Marlena’s trance that takes her back to her days as Stefano’s Queen of the Night.
Could Arabian Knights have been the trigger all along that changed Marlena into Stefano’s pawn during those days? Is it possible that the book is taking her back to her hypnotic state?
Without John there to save her, could Dr. Rolf have found a way to use this book to trigger Marlena so she would be willing to help Stefano if he does return? After all, John was the one person who could bring Marlena back to reality. With John gone, can Stefano claim his
Queen of the Knight and be with Marlena for good this time?
