At the moment, Brady is furious with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) since he believes she sat on the truth while letting Rachel testify and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) face potential prison time.

In reality, Kristen only recently found out that Rachel pulled the trigger on EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

That revelation forced Kristen to think fast and confess as a way to protect Rachel, who doesn’t remember what happened.

It’s easy to imagine Rachel disappearing on Brady and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) after this total recall situation.

Brady may end up scrambling to find Rachel, but there could be a simple explanation for her vanishing act.

Rachel might sneak off to visit Kristen in prison if she’s in Statesville by then.

During one of Kristen’s previous stints behind bars, Rachel went behind Brady’s back and got an Uber to take her to see her mom.

Rachel cried until the guards finally let her waltz in the prison visiting area to speak with Kristen.

If Rachel could do that once, Days spoilers suggest she could certainly do it again. Rachel may become determined to speak with Kristen after she remembers firing at EJ herself.

DOOL fans might see Rachel bolt on Brady before reuniting with Kristen and insisting she remembers everything.

Kristen might urge Rachel to stay quiet, but Rachel may argue that she can’t do that when her mom’s locked up over her own actions.

Regardless, Rachel will indeed remember she’s the guilty party at some point during this Days storyline.
