Days of Our Lives Spoilers Thursday, August 28: Marlena Lies To Sarah – Johnny & Chanel’s Romantic Fail
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, August 28, reveal that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will keep a secret from Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) while Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) experience a romantic failure.
For starters, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will face Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) grilling session about her pursuit of the Kiriakis men – though she won’t know for sure how things are going with them at this point.
Gabi made the most progress with Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) considering their recent night together, but his attention will be on Belle Black (Martha Madison) and their bonding time in Thursday’s DOOL episode.
Gabi might focus on Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) again at some point, but she’ll also run into Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) and perhaps turn on the charm with him, too.
Now that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) has bailed on the case, Gabi will be on her own when it comes to helping Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) uncover the dirt they need.
The goal is to regain control of DiMera Enterprises and put Gabi back on the throne, so she’ll remain eager to make all that happen.
Days spoilers say Gabi will carry out some bold moves as a result and hope they pay off!
In the meantime, Alex will give Xander some guidance, so this may involve Xander’s love life or perhaps Stephanie Johnson’s (Abigail Klein) latest strategy pitch.
Either way, Xander will shake Alex’s hand in the end and move past any tension that’s been bubbling up.
Other Days spoilers say Johnny and Chanel will try to focus on their romance now that the trial is over, but things are about to take a wrong turn.
That’s because Chanel and Johnny will face a surprise interruption, so stay tuned for updates on who’ll derail things and why.
Next, Marlena will hide the truth about Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) confession as Sarah goes on a tirade.
It sounds like Sarah will complain about Kristen’s actions and how they’ve hurt Rachel Black (Alice Halsey), but she won’t have the full story.
Days spoilers say Marlena will keep Kristen’s secret under wraps, but she may subtly defend Kristen and leave Sarah perplexed.
Marlena knows Kristen is protecting Rachel since she doesn’t remember firing at EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), but Sarah should remain in the dark on that for now.
