General Hospital Spoilers: Liz Rescues Ric, Follows Clues to Stunning Discovery?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) could be the one to rescue Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) from captivity. Will Liz follow the clues and make a stunning discovery?

Now that Ric has been bound and gagged in a basement, he’s in for a rough time. Thanks to Ava Jerome (Maura West), Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Ric won’t be roaming around Port Charles anytime soon!

That’s going to raise red flags for Liz since Ric is stuck to her like glue most days.

Plus, Ric agreed to take Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) case, so Elizabeth will suspect something’s up when he suddenly bails on his client.

Of course, Ric’s phone could be used to send texts and try to throw Liz along with anyone else who might get suspicious off the trail.

However, that may not be enough to stop Liz from feeling like something is off here.

Will Elizabeth become the person to play rescuer to Ric when the time is right?

There’ll surely be some clues along the way that’ll point Liz in the direction of this captivity crisis.

Elizabeth might overhear a shady conversation or even just get uneasy over Alexis, Ava and Kristina having hush-hush private meetings. There may be moments for Liz to witness that leave her unsettled and just don’t add up.

Elizabeth has been adamant about now going back down a romantic road with Ric, but she still has a special connection with him.

Liz may sense that Ric’s in trouble and decide to investigate based on that unique bond.

Alexis is convinced no one will check her shed due to the bats, but Elizabeth could indeed end up looking in there and finding Ric’s car.

Perhaps Liz could follow Alexis, Kristina or Ava down to the basement that Ric’s stashed in at some point.

This GH storyline serves as a bit of payback for Ric, who held Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) hostage in a panic room back when the role was still played by Tamara Braun in 2003.

Elizabeth was furious over Ric’s actions at the time, but she may become his hero now that he’s Ava, Kristina and Alexis’ captive. Do you think Liz will be the one to save Ric in the end?
