Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that an old threat is about to come back and bite Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Brady and Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) were warned some time ago that Rachel Black’s (Alice Halsey) antics were going to lead to CPS taking custody of the girl over her unruly behavior.
Will Rachel’s latest trip to Statesville cause CPS to take her into custody?
Rachel Black Believes Rules Don’t Apply
Rachel is always disobeying her parents and going off on little adventures without their knowledge. Unfortunately, Rachel’s parents are the ones who get the blame for her antics.
Brady and Kristen have walked on eggshells for months to try to keep from involving social services in their lives. Brady ended up losing Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) because of this.
Now that Kristen has publicly admitted to shooting her brother, CPS is no doubt watching Rachel’s every move.
If that is the case, CPS already knows that Rachel skipped school and could even know about her trip alone in a ride share. Now that Rachel has put the spotlight on herself, she could find herself taken into custody by CPS.
Rachel Black Would Be Considered Beyond Control
This is not the first time Rachel has taken off. Rachel has run away. Rachel has taken rideshares to visit her mother in prison.
Rachel has stalked Ava and helped kidnap her. Rachel orders her parents around like they are her slaves instead of parents, Rachel doesn’t obey and rules that her parents set for her.
Brady just got custody of Rachel because Kristen is in prison or six years. Rachel had been living with her mother because her father pulled a gun on her mother and Rachel called to police on him.
Brady hasn’t officially gotten custody back even though Kristen isn’t home. Will CPS come to the penthouse and pick up Rachel?
CPS Demands Rachel Black
Child Protective Services could be waiting on Rachel when Brady brings her back to school. Rachel has clearly gone against the rules set forth for her by CPS the last time she got in trouble. Rachel could have gotten arrested over Ava if she had been able to testify. However, Brady talked Ava out of telling the truth.
Rachel needs some serious help because of everything she has been through. If the truth comes out about this shooting, Rachel could be sent to an institution for some time. Will Brady lose custody of Rachel because she is so unruly or will the truth about EJ’s shooting come out first forcing CPS to take action?
