General Hospital Spoilers Friday, September 19: Lulu Reports Nathan’s Accident – Jason’s Confession

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, September 19, reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will report Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) accident while Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) begs Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) during a GH visit. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also make a confession, so let’s talk about what’s ahead on the ABC soap.

For starters, it looks like Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will realize who Outback belongs to and plan to alert everyone looking for her.

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will stop Molly, so he may want a chance to say goodbye to the pup first or perhaps take Outback home himself.

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) will eventually deliver the news to Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) that Outback is safe and sound.

There’s a good chance Emma will be happy enough to kiss Gio since their first lip lock is indeed coming up soon.

Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will tell Laura Collins (Genie Francis) that Judge Eva Heran (Tessa Auberjonois) and Drew’s shooting may be related.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also be on hand to give Laura some important investigation updates.

At GH, it looks like Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) may hear about Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) passing and be the one to tell Drew.

At some point, Danny will show up in Drew’s hospital room with a heartfelt plea to deliver, so this will no doubt involve Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante).

Drew will mock Danny for finding ways to circumvent the law, but things could turn more serious if this is about Monica’s funeral and making sure Scout can be with her family during this difficult time.

Whatever the case, Danny will resort to begging and hope that Drew will have a heart for once when it comes to what’s best for Scout.

As for Jason, he’ll tell Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) about Monica’s demise and make a confession that relates to the past.

Jason will admit that one of his biggest regrets is keeping Michael from the Quartermaines all those years ago.

Michael will listen and offer support, but Jason will be sure to give him some support too as they both grieve for Monica.

Next, Lulu will stumble upon an accident and offer some assistance to a very familiar victim.

All signs point to Lulu helping wounded Nathan since Friday will indeed mark Ryan Paevey’s first day back on the show.

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will eventually quiz Lulu about the accident she called in, but there’ll be more questions than answers at this point!
