General Hospital Spoilers: Did Charles Measure Throw Laura Wright Under The Bus?
General Hospital spoilers say there might be just as much drama off screen as there is on screen in Port Charles these days. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Did Charles Measure Throw Laura Wright Under The Bus?
This time we are talking about Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) and former star Charles Measure, who temporarily played Brennan.
Some have suggested that he might have thrown the actress under the bus in his latest statement about the show.
Just to recap, Charles was recently asked as to why he left General Hospital when he did.
Charles was given an article on X (formerly Twitter) about the supposed reason why he left. The actor didn’t hold back when he replied with, “Not true. The article completely misrepresents an old and irrelevant interview.”
“In fact, I loved every aspect of the work on GH and loved working with every scene partner.
I’m proud of every single scene we did with the Brennan character. However, I hated every aspect of the toxic, borderline sinister backstage politics on GH.”
Some people believe that this might have been a dagger thrown directly at Laura Wright.
Because the moment that Charles had tweeted that, Laura suddenly started sharing video clips and mentioning how wonderful it felt to work with the new Brennan on the show, actor Chris McKenna. Talk about picking sides, right?
Laura Wright Makes No Comment
And while all of this is unconfirmed, there is speculation that Charles might have left because of Laura and all the power that she supposedly holds behind the scenes at General Hospital. But then again, no one knows if that is completely true.
So far Laura Wright herself has not made any public comments about the matter although at this point it’s doubtful anything will be said. Watch this space for more.
