Is Young and the Restless Kyle and Claire Still Together?
*The Young and the Restless* fans, things are about to heat up! Victor Newman, the ever-scheming mastermind played by the legendary Eric Braeden, is back at it again, and this time he’s setting his sights on Claire Grace, the nanny portrayed by Hayley Erin.
Victor has never been one to sit idly by, so he’s decided it’s time to give Claire a little push out of her nanny gig during the week of August 26 to 30.

Sure, it might not be a full-blown firing in Victor’s eyes, but make no mistake—he wants Claire out of the nanny role and back in the family business as soon as possible.
Conveniently, Summer Newman, played by Allison Lanier, will be ready to discuss a new joint custody agreement with Kyle in the August 26 episode. Kyle may see this as the perfect opportunity to make his move.
Perhaps Kyle will tell Victor that he’s trying to be more collaborative with Summer, especially after the mess he made by hiring Claire without consulting her.
He might even suggest that replacing Claire is part of the new custody deal. Kyle could also use the excuse that the nanny job has caused tension between him and Summer, and he doesn’t want that to interfere with Harrison Abbott’s relationship with his cousins.
However Kyle spins it, Claire is bound to be blindsided when she finds out Kyle is already searching for her replacement. And let’s be real—Claire’s going to suspect that Summer is behind all of this.

The truce between Kyle and Summer is already hanging by a thread, so this nanny drama could push it right over the edge. If Summer starts to suspect that Victor has more influence over Kyle than she realized, things could really blow up.
