Danny’s grandfather, Henry Reagan (Len Cariou), urged him to find someone to share his life with after this case, a piece of advice Danny took to heart, eventually asking Marisa out for a pizza.

The second shooting tragically claimed the life of Officer Luis Badillo (Ian Quinlan), who was killed by a motorcyclist during a carjacking response.

His partner, Eddie Janko (Vanessa Ray), was injured but pushed through her grief to bring justice for Badillo.
