DOOL Spoilers: Robert Scott Wilson Makes Huge Reveal That Shocks DOOL Fans, Is He Out?

Things have been going well for Alex lately on Days of Our Lives. He had a bit of a scare when he thought Stephanie was cheating on him with Philip, but that turned out to be a smokescreen for Philip’s forgery scheme. He’s back working at what’s now Titan-DiMera, and has been non-stop busy.

With all of that going on, his portrayer, Robert Scott Wilson, is glad when he has some time off and has recently acquired a new place to get away to.

He’s Very Happy

Wilson explained to Soap Opera Digest that he is happy when he gets time off from work. His original retreat was a property in Texas, but he found getting there to be impractical considering his schedule.

So, he put that parcel up for sale. He and his girlfriend, Casey, hadn’t been going there much, so he decided to find a place in proximity to where he lived.

Ultimately, Wilson purchased a house in Big Bear, California, which is just over two hours away from where he lives. “It’s nice to have a place that I can access easily.

I’m really happy so far,” he remarked. The snowboarding there is also great, and he’s been giving Casey lessons.

Hot Tubs Are Important

He liked how the previous owners of his new property furnished the dwelling, so he had it done in the same style, noting, “Then I just put some of my own finishing touches on it to make it a little bit more me.”

The original aesthetic lined up perfectly with his own tastes, so he was happy that everything came together so wonderfully, and all he had to do was add some artwork that reflected his interests.

He also felt it was very important to have a hot tub. “You really need to have a hot tub up there,” he remarked, adding that, “People want to rent something for the winter and be able to go in the hot tub.

So you’ve got to have that.” Now he has the perfect place to escape to, especially in the winter, and rents it out occasionally as an Airbnb.
