Fans know that Doug and Ari recently hooked up, and Ari is definitely interested in more, which she made abundantly clear. Unfortunately for Ari, Doug’s heart belongs to Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis).
Ari may want to reconsider her potential “situationship” with Doug. It appears she may soon find herself in serious trouble.
In the June 5th episode of Days, Doug was on the phone with one of the thugs with whom he owed money and tried to explain that he needed more time, but they would be “paid in full.”
Ari stepped into Brady’s Pub and greeted Holly Jonas with a warm hug as the two girls caught up with each other. Ari also stopped to talk to Doug.
While Ari was flirting and as Doug was doing everything he could to avoid Ari’s advances, a man was stalking them and taking pictures.
Ari got Doug to agree to hang out with her again. We have a feeling that Doug’s life is in danger because of these thugs.
In addition, Ari may be facing her own set of unfortunate circumstances. As Ari walked through Horton Square, the photographer secretly snapped more pictures of her.
Why would this man be taking photos of Ari? Could this be due to Doug’s shady situation, or is this only about Ari?
Ari had asked her mom, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez), for money. She claimed it was because she wanted to come home.
She was living with her father, Will Horton (Chandler Massey), and she could have gone to him for help.

It was strange when, on her birthday, she deflected the conversation as Gabi and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) tried to discuss her upcoming graduation.
Ari told them she didn’t want to go to her graduation. She claimed that her school was going to send her a diploma. Her response was strange when she was asked why.
Ari seemed to be lying when she said she felt like walking across the stage was too awkward and “cringey” for her. Did she get into trouble at school?
Ari has some secrets she’s keeping. So far, she’s caused a lot of worry for Gabi. She snuck out of the house without telling Gabi. She went to a bar (apparently, she has a fake ID), met up with a stranger (who was Doug), and they had sex.
Gabi was so distraught over not knowing where she was and hadn’t received as much as a text message from her.
She even involved her ex, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss), as the two of them went searching for Ari. When they finally found her, she acted like her little disappearing act was no big deal.
Ari seems like a rebellious teenager and a major handful. Gabi was worried sick about her daughter. Ari is likely to end up giving Gabi some gray hair before long.
Ari will either land in danger because whoever is photographing her and Doug thinks she’s his girlfriend, or Ari is the type that wherever she goes, trouble follows.
