Days of Our Spoilers Tuesday, August 12: Sophia’s Lies Pile Up – EJ’s New Memory – Rachel’s Courtroom Nerves

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, August 12, reveal that Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) lies will pile up while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) tries to access a new memory. Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) will also deal with some courtroom nerves, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.

For starters, Belle Black (Martha Madison) will have a conversation with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) before court’s back in session.

Johnny will be sorry about all the drama EJ caused when he pushed for a mistrial, but Belle won’t blame Johnny for his father’s actions.

Days spoilers say Johnny and Belle will have a little commiserating session while Rachel gets some reassurance from her parents.

Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will give Rachel some pep talks since she’ll be nervous about her time on the stand.

Since Rachel will be so anxious about the questions she’ll face and the possibility that she could send Johnny to prison, Kristen and Brady will fret over their daughter.

It’s clear that Rachel’s under a lot of pressure – and things are only going to get worse once she’s forced to testify.

In the meantime, EJ will meet with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) for another hypnosis session, so she’ll put aside all the issues she has with him and focus on the task at hand.

Days spoilers say EJ will hope to uncover the identity of the person who fired at him that night, so Marlena will take him back there in his own mind.

It looks like a new memory may surface that provides a clue, but EJ still won’t be able to nail down the real culprit just yet.

However, Marlena will mull over the latest news and start putting some hints together to form a theory.

Will Marlena have a hunch that Rachel pulled the trigger and blocked out the trauma in the aftermath?

Over with Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon), Days spoilers say they’ll spend the day bonding with Tesoro.

Javi and Leo will also reflect on the birth mother’s sacrifice as they contemplate the letter Sophia wrote, but they won’t have the whole story.

Of course, Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) won’t have the whole story either as she contacts Sophia and asks how she’s holding up.

Sophia will keep piling on the lies, so will her uncomfortable behavior raise Amy’s suspicions?
