Days of Our Lives Spoilers Thursday, August 21: Jury Reaches Verdict – Kristen’s Final Plea to Save Rachel
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, August 21, reveal that the jury will reach a verdict while Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) gets a distraction. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will also make a final plea to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so let’s talk about what’s coming up on Days.
Now that Kristen knows Rachel was EJ’s shooter, she’s desperate to keep this shocker under wraps.
However, EJ isn’t willing to sacrifice his son for Kristen’s daughter, so he feels like he has no choice but to clear Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) name.
Unless Kristen can come up with an alternative that’ll guarantee Johnny’s freedom, EJ plans to move forward with telling the truth.
Of course, Kristen will keep trying to silence EJ on Thursday’s DOOL episode.
Days spoilers say Kristen will beg for more time to figure all this out, but EJ may insist time’s up once the jury has reached a verdict.
Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) is serving as the jury foreman, so he’ll help Adam (Timothy Hornor) and all the other jurors reach an agreement about Johnny’s fate.
It won’t be long until everyone’s summoned back to the courtroom so the verdict can be read.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) believes Rachel is suffering from dissociative amnesia and that her brain’s essentially protecting her from the knowledge of what she did.
Since Marlena knows all of this has to be handled delicately, she’ll offer up a distraction on Thursday’s Days show.
Marlena will work to get Rachel’s mind off her concerns about Johnny and whether he might land behind bars.
Although EJ will intend on coming forward with the latest Rachel updates, Kristen will have other plans.
It looks like Kristen may eventually realize the only solution is to claim she’s EJ’s shooter instead, so she may make that false confession before the week’s over.
Until then, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will console Tate Black (Leo Howard) over not being able to see his baby, but Tate doesn’t realize he’s already met him since he held “Tesoro” recently.
Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) will also push Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to give Tate news on the real baby situation, but she’ll insist on sticking to the bogus story.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sophia will keep causing more trouble for herself, so she’ll add to her deception and hope for the best.
