Days of Our Lives Preview Week of September 1: Xander Saves Philip’s Life – Maximum Sentence for Kristen

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) preview video for the week of September 1-5 reveals that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will push for the maximum sentence for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) while Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) saves Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) from choking.

DOOL’s weekly promo kicks off with Xander in anger management therapy as he tells Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) about lying, cheating and scheming setting him off.

While Marlena quizzes Xander about who’s done that, Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) will deliver good news to Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) now that she’s planted a bug in Xander’s office.

Tony will urge Gabi not to keep him in suspense and will push for updates on anything she might’ve learned so far.

Other Days spoilers say Brady will remain stuck on the issue of whether Tate Black’s (Leo Howard) baby was a boy or a girl, so he’ll keep digging for answers.

That’ll leave Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) nervous, so she’ll talk to Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) about her blunder and seek more help burying the “Tesoro” truth.

Over with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), she’ll be thrilled when Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) come home for JJ Deveraux’s (Casey Moss) birthday party.

It looks like Jack may even invite Gwen von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien), but she’ll ask why she would want to be in a house full of people who hate her.

Jack will admit he doesn’t hate Gwen, but repairing this relationship won’t be an easy task.

At Titan-DiMera, Days spoilers say Xander will be alarmed when Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) starts choking out of the blue.

DOOL fans will see Xander leap into action and do the Heimlich maneuver to save Philip’s life.

Of course, it’s possible this will be a fake-out since Philip will put Xander to the test in the coming episodes.

There’s a chance Philip will just want to see if Xander is willing to come to his rescue.

Next, the judge will ask if Kristen wants to amend her plea before they proceed with sentencing.

Brady will also speak his mind when it comes to how long Kristen belongs behind bars.

“Give her the maximum sentence allowable by law,” Brady tells the judge in Days’ weekly preview video.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Brady will continue to be harsh with Kristen, but that’s only because he doesn’t know she’s protecting Rachel Black (Alice Halsey)!
