DOOL Stars Get Real About Who They’d Share a Lease With in Salem
The younger generation in Salem is settling into dorm life while the cast has fun imagining their own dream roommates.
With Tate, Holly, Sophia, Ariana, and Aaron now settling into their college dorms on Days of our Lives, the next chapter of Salem life feels wide open. The new generation is poised to get tangled in love, drama, and inevitable trouble. But while the teens are busy unpacking, the show’s official Instagram page decided to stir the pot with a playful housing question of its own — and the cast had plenty of opinions.
Castmates Weigh In
On Instagram, the official DOOL page asked: “School’s in session: Who in Salem would be the best roommate? Who would you want to move in with you?” The video that followed featured several fan favorites sharing who they’d room with. Sal Stowers (Lani) began with, “The best would be my girl Kristen, duh, that’s Lani’s best friend,” and after thinking, added, “Or Sarah.” Stacy Haiduk (Kristen) was next and responded, “I’m gonna have to say Brady. I think Kristen needs to rebuild that spark, or at least be friends again, right?”

After that, Eric Martsolf (Brady) stated, “I think Stephanie, I think she’d be a really good snuggler.” Then, Paul Telfer (Xander) chimed in with, “I feel like the best roommate for Xander would probably be Jack. Jack is a bit more, you know, tolerant of terrible people, having been one at some point himself.” And lastly was Lamon Archey (Eli), who said, “I’m gonna go with Abe Carver. Abe is level-headed, he’s chill, he’s relaxed. So definitely, Abe, you would be the best roommate.”
Fans Have Their Say
The fun didn’t stop with the video. Abigail Klein (Stephanie) responded to Martsolf with, “Happy to see Steph’s snuggling game is making waves… top-tier, can confirm 😉.” Linsey Godfrey (Sarah) chimed in with, “Lani and Sarah would be awesome roommates!” while Telfer proudly hashtagged “#XackAttack.”
The fan responses came in fast and furious. One fan declared, “If I could pick any roommates, it’d be Jada [Elia Cantu] and Shawn [Brandon Beemer]. They have chemistry; the connection is all there.” While Days of our Lives spoilers for September 19 don’t tease any Shada scenes, they do mention Jada receiving an alarming warning from Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews).
Another viewer wrote, “I’d wanna be roommates with Cat Greene! I like her style, maybe she’d let me borrow a shirt or two lol.” And others leaned more sentimental, with one follower explaining, “Personally, I’d like to be roommates with Marlena. She would be a good mother figure to hang out with and talk to.”
