Jada Hunter popped into Salem on July 19, 2022. Before her arrival, she married Robert Stein, aka Bobby, who cheated on her with Stephanie Johnson. After the divorce, Jada left town and eventually landed a job as a detective at the Salem Police Department.
She later turns out to be Marcus’s daughter. Her impressive knowledge of Abigail Deveraux’s murder case caught the attention of police commissioner Rafe Hernandez, leading to her immediate hiring.
However, things took a twist when Jada ended up killing a suspect on her debut day. It prompted Kayla’s nephew Eric to offer comfort on Days of Our Lives. Their budding romance took a blow when Jada saw Eric kissing his ex-wife, Nicole.
She started reconsidering her relationship with Eric and eventually decided to abort their baby. In 2023, Jada’s bond with Rafe strengthened as they worked on cases together.
