The patient isn’t moving from what is shown in the preview clip. So, it is assumed that Cyrus is making a promise to Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan). Cyrus promises that he will find a way to help them.
It seems the soap has been trying to redeem Cyrus for a while now. Is that even possible after everything Cyrus has done, though?
