Carly (Laura Wright) insisted on joining Sonny (Maurice Benard) in LA for his heart surgery. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) admitted to Jason (Steve Burton) that she took Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) money to be independent for her baby. Lucas (Van Hansis) and Marco (Adrian Anchondo) talked things out. Deception fired Natalia (Eva LaRue), and Sonny backed their decision. Jordan (Tanisha Harper) ended things with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson). Sidwell visited Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and asked her to reconsider terminating Marco. Emma (Braedyn Bruner) and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) hashed things out from their childhood.

Trina (Tabyana Ali) confided in Curtis (Donnell Turner) about Kai’s (Jens Austin Astrup) surgery. Kai told Drew he decided he wants the surgery, and Drew suggested he do a documentary on his journey. Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) suggested to Kristina (Kate Mansi) that she forget what happened and move on. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) sought out Jason for help with Carly, and he suggested she go to Germany to talk things out with Michael (Chad Duell). Carly called Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) to discuss Michael’s custody of the kids, planning to blindside Willow.
Episode 15697 AIR DATE: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2025
Carly and Jason argued over the Willow and Michael situation. Tracy (Jane Elliot) offered Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) money, agreeing with his desire to rid Port Charles of Sonny. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) helped Lulu (Alexa Havins) move into her new house and she revealed she got a job with the Llanview Banner writing a piece on adoption. When Willow told Drew her plan to go to Germany, he asked to go with her, then agreed to support her decision to go talk to Michael alone. Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) shared with Lois (Rena Sofer) and Ned (Wally Kurth) their plans to adopt. When they asked Lois the name of the adoption agency she used for her baby, Lois called Gloria (Ellen Travolta) in a panic due to their being no adoption agency, then told them that the one she used closed down years ago.

Sonny thought about his kids as he got prepped for open heart surgery. Lulu interviewed Lucas for her article, then when he told Brook Lynn about it, she stormed to Lulu’s wanting answers. Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) admitted to Jason that he misses his mom. Molly (Kristen Vaganos) visited Ric (Rick Hearst) at GH, then when Diane showed up to discuss Avery (Ava and Grace Scarola) with Ric, she may have purposefully gotten her paperwork mixed up with Molly’s, letting Molly have the papers to commit Kristina. Molly ran into Cody in the ER, being treated for a kick in the ribs by a horse, then freaked out when she read the papers.
Episode 15699 AIR DATE: FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 2025
Carly and Brick (Stephen A. Smith) waited for news on Sonny. While they were told he made it through surgery with flying colors, a mysterious nurse sneaked into his room and injected his IV with something. Nina and Portia hired the prostitute to simply take photos in bed with Drew, after Portia slips him a drug. Brook Lynn and Lulu’s fight over her article was interrupted by Dante, and Brook Lynn revealed to them that she and Chase are planning to adopt. Molly and Cody hurried to show Kristina the papers Alexis drew up, while Alexis got a visit from Ava, asking for more money. Sidwell and Jordan met with Drew about their shared enemy in Sonny. When Willow got to Germany, the receptionist told her Michael didn’t want to see her. She left, then the receptionist called Drew to assure him the job was done.
