General Hospital spoilers and updates tease there are a bunch of signs pointing to a reuniting of ‘Carson’, in other words, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

Sonny Dumped Natalia Ramirez
One significant breadcrumb dropped that might hint a reunion of Carly and Sonny is that he recently dumped Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) who he’d been semi-dating for over a year now.
Even though she found him during one of his times of need, passing out due to his steadily worsening heart condition, once he found out who her ex that was it!
Natalia and Sonny had become gradually closer over a year or maybe more, the two getting to know each other and bonding over their daughters.
Natalia’s daughter Alison “Blaze” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) had been dating Sonny’s daughter Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and they had become serious.
But, after Kristina lost the baby she was carrying, she suddenly dumped Blaze, who went to tour with Miguel Morez (Ricky Martin)but Natalia remained in town.
Sonny And Carly Have Become Closer Over Michael Corinthos’ Catastrophe
Sonny and Carly have also become closer over Michael Corinthos’ (most recently Chad Duell) catastrophe, his being caught in the explosion at Sonny’s penthouse.
He suffered burns over seventy-five percent of his body, and is now in a specialized burn clinic in Baden-Baden, Germany where some of the doctors from the Boronsky Clinic work.
Even though Carly has been dating WSB agent Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and he helped get Michael in the clinic, it’s only matter of time before that romance will be over.
Once the secret comes out-and surely it will-that he manipulated Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) into becoming a WSB agent after she killed Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) Carly will be furious. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) seems already suspicious about Josslyn’s “trip to Easter Island”.
Carly Is Going With Sonny To LA To Have His Open Heart Surgery
Carly is going with Sonny to LA to have his open heart surgery, even though Natalia previously went with him for support. Sonny could very well have a close call on the operating table, prompting panic in Carly and fearing his permanent loss.
There’s nothing quite like someone you loved nearly dying to make you appreciate what you once had with that person, and that could easily happen to Carly.
Little by little, they’ve been getting closer again, and once Brennan is kicked to the curb, no one will be surprised at Sonny and Carly’s remarriage.
Besides, Michael needs the support of both his parents with the horrible time he’s been going through!
