General Hospital Spoilers: Will Kristina Steal Helena’s Dagger for Another Attempt on Ava’s Life?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that some recent developments may leave fans asking an important question: Will Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) steal Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) dagger and go off the rails with another attempt on Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) life?

GH fans will recall that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) previously summoned Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) to Wyndemere and pushed her to take Helena’s dagger home with her.

Although Alexis picked up the dagger during that visit, she ultimately wanted nothing to do with it and left.

At the time, it looked like Sidwell might frame Alexis for a crime since it appeared he was trying to preserve her fingerprints.

However, this storyline is apparently going in a different direction now that Sidwell has sent the dagger to Alexis’ office.

Sidwell acted like he didn’t feel right keeping it based on the note he included, but there’s obviously some sort of agenda in play.

If nothing else, Sidwell may just like the idea of rattling Alexis and making her feel haunted by her history.

This is the same dagger that Helena used on Alexis’ mother – and now it could be used to go after someone else.

Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) doesn’t know about Ava Jerome (Maura West) blackmailing Alexis just yet, but Alexis can’t keep that news under wraps forever.

Alexis decided not to come clean when Kristina and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) confronted her about the papers to have Kristina committed, but that doesn’t mean the truth will stay buried.

There’ll come a point when Kristina will realize Alexis really has been trying protect her daughter.

Alexis only contemplated having Kristina locked up in a psychiatric hospital as a potential legal defense.

All this is happening because Kristina tried to cut the brakes on Ava’s car and caused Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) accident with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) in the passenger seat instead.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like Kristina has truly learned her lesson! Kristina’s outrage over Alexis’ actions proved she’s not really taking accountability or understanding the magnitude of the mistake she made.

Despite Kristina’s prediction about letting go of her Ava vendetta, it’s doubtful that she actually will.

The show has also repeatedly offered hints about Kristina going after Ava again if she gets updates on the blackmail plot.

Ava brushed off the continued threat after Ric warned her, so she could be setting herself up for a dangerous situation.

What happens after Kristina finds out about Ava blackmailing Alexis?

Could it send Kristina off the deep end and lead to her stealing the dagger for another attempt at wiping Ava off the map?
