General Hospital Spoilers: Brennan’s Wrench Becomes Fatal Weapon – Carly’s Gift Sets Up Story Twist?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) wrench could become a fatal weapon. Will Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) recent gift set up a future story twist?

By the pool in GH’s June 16 episode, Carly showed her gratitude to Brennan with a personalized present.

Brennan was tickled pink over the wrench Carly gave him, which had “TO A JACK OF ALL TRADES” engraved on it.

Naturally, this was a callback to the scene where Brennan helped fix the water in Carly’s kitchen, which was when he admitted his dad was a plumber.

Brennan surprised Carly by being a bit of a handyman, so she gave him this wrench as a nod to that.

As a result, Brennan declared it might be the most thoughtful gift he’s ever received.

It was a nice moment for Carly and Brennan, but what if there was more to it than offering a cute couple scene?

Carly just handed over a giant wrench that could be used for something other than playing Mr. Fix-It!

What if that wrench becomes a fatal weapon down the road?

Someone might frame Brennan if they swipe the wrench and use it to bash someone in the head.

It’s essentially got Brennan’s name on it thanks to Carly’s “Jack of all trades” personalization, so it’d make sense if it was used to set Brennan up. Then again, Brennan might legitimately land in a situation where he uses that wrench to take someone out.

We’ve seen Brennan face tight spots before, so he might wiggle out of danger thanks to the wrench at some point.

Of course, it’s also possible that the wrench will fall into someone else’s hands.

It could still be used with fatal intentions in mind depending on whatever drama GH writers have cooked up.

Regardless, there was a lot of focus on this huge wrench, so it’s at least worth considering the idea that it could be used for something besides repair jobs.
