General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn’s Next Pregnancy Horrifies Chase – Heartbreaking Baby Daddy Twist?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) next pregnancy may horrify Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Will some cheating bring a heartbreaking “baby daddy” twist?
Chase was clearly upset over Brook Lynn wanting to delay their adoption plans.
Brook Lynn is hoping to wait until she repairs the damage with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) so he can hopefully be a loving big brother and part of their family.
Of course, Brook Lynn knows Gio is dealing with some abandonment issues right now, so she’d never want him to feel like he’s being replaced.
However, Gio could indeed end up feeling that way if Brook Lynn has a pregnancy curveball brewing.
Back in July, Chase made a rather ominous statement to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) about how there was nothing Brook Lynn could do that would ever drive him away.
It was the kind of dialogue that was clearly setting up a betrayal – perhaps one that could lead to Chase changing his mind and indeed walking away.
With that in mind, we have to think about what would be huge enough for Chase to decide he’s done with Brook Lynn.
Cheating with Dante might do it, so that’s one option to consider.
Naturally, the show could go one step further if Brook Lynn ultimately gets pregnant by Dante again.
There’s no way Chase could handle Brook Lynn having yet another child with Dante, especially when Chase is sterile.
It’s easy to imagine Chase choosing to ditch his marriage in that scenario.
Chase might push Brook Lynn to just go build a family with Dante if she winds up having a second kid with him.
There’d be some great drama in Dante and Brook Lynn having another child when you consider the Gio angle, too.
It would hurt for Gio to watch Brook Lynn keep this potential baby and co-parent him or her with Dante.
Brook Lynn is in a very different place in her life now, but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t sting for Gio since she gave him up all those years ago.
In other words, having Brook Lynn cheat with Dante and get pregnant by him is exactly the kind of soapy twist that would work all around.
