General Hospital Spoilers Friday, August 8: Drew’s Willow Strategy – Britt’s on Strike – Jason’s Alarming Scout News

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, August 8, reveal that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will focus on his next Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) strategy while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) goes on strike. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will also get some alarming Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) news, so let’s talk about what’s in store.

First, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will mention some unfinished business as she approaches Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

Of course, Anna could go down for treason if she spills any critical WSB info, so she won’t divulge too much.

Instead, Anna may make up an excuse for why she wanted to talk to Carly about Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) again and leave Brennan satisfied for now.

As for Carly, she’ll have a suggestion for Brennan to consider.

Carly will propose an idea and get Brennan’s opinion on it, so stay tuned to see if he’ll be enthusiastic about her plan.

Next, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will mull over the mystery of why Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has summoned them to her office.

Dante and Lulu will eventually get updates on something that leaves them furious, so this might tie in with Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) attempt to grow closer to Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

Over with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), it looks like he’ll admit to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) that he’s giving his marriage to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) another chance.

Curtis will insist it wouldn’t have happened at all if it weren’t for Jordan, so he may credit her with saving his current relationship.

Meanwhile, Drew will track Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) down at the hospital, where he’ll ask if she really thinks Willow is better off now.

Since Drew is determined to help Willow get her kids back, he may push Liz to talk to her for him.

Drew might admit he’d like a romantic reunion as well and wonder if Elizabeth is willing to support him on this.

Across town, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will tell Jason about her latest conversation with Drew, who’s planning to take Scout to look at some schools for when they move to Washington, D.C.

Alexis won’t be on board with that move at all, so she’ll voice her concerns to Jason.

Since Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is Scout’s big brother and would miss her terribly, Jason will be invested in Scout’s future, too.

“Isn’t this supposed to be about what Scout needs?” Alexis asks in Friday’s GH preview video.

Jason will no doubt agree, but he may question what Alexis expects him to do since Drew’s holding all the cards when it comes to his daughter.

At some point, Anna will meet up with Jason, so she may fill him in on the Dalmatia clue she got from Brennan.

Since Jason knows Britt’s bag came from a Dalmatia resort, Anna may suggest there’s a link between Britt and a new WSB mission.

Even if Anna doesn’t go into the details, she might spill enough to raise Jason’s curiosity and convince him that a trip to the Five Poppies Resort is necessary.

As for Britt, it looks like she’ll lounge poolside and refuse to follow any additional orders until she’s granted more freedom.

“You can tell him I’m on strike,” Britt insists in Friday’s GH preview clip.
