General Hospital Preview Week of August 11: Britt Shocked to See Jason – Vaughn Garroted, Josslyn Plays Hero
General Hospital (GH) preview video for the week of August 11-15 hint that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will lock eyes with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) attempts to play hero when Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) is attacked in their 5 Poppies Resort room.
The weekly preview has been released, and it looks like fans can expect another five days of explosive drama on the ABC soap.
The GH promo video opens with Jason in a parking garage, as a chauffeur opens the car door for him.
He sternly looks out the window, as his voice can be heard saying that “I have to make sure Britt’s okay.”
As the scenes shift in the preview, Vaughn is on the voiceover, as he asks, “Who is she?”
Only for Josslyn to reply, “You mean, who WAS she, she’s supposed to be dead!”
A clip is then shown of Joss taking a sneak peek, in some flower bushes at the resort, as Vaughn applies suntan lotion on Britt.
The two are catching some rays, both on lounge chairs next to each other.
It’s clear Britt’s past and present will collide as Josslyn will notice the thought-to-be-deceased doctor and realize she’s very much alive.
But will Britt learn that Josslyn is there?
With that said, Josslyn isn’t the only one who comes face-to-face with Britt during the week of August 11, but we’ll get to that in a moment.
As the video progresses, it also highlights an intense moment, as Josslyn shockingly walks in on Vaughn being strangled with a wire, garroted, by an unknown man, in their resort suite.
The next clip shows Joss aiming a gun – seemingly at Vaughn and the attacker – and a shot is made.
Here’s hoping the newbie WSB agent’s gun-shooting skills are on par, and Joss doesn’t hit her partner instead of the bad guy!
Finally, the last scene is the reunion JaBritt fans have been waiting for!
Jason arrives at the 5 Poppies resort and is talking to Pascal (Marc Forget) as something (more like ‘someone’) catches his eye.
As the figure moves across the room, Jason’s eyes move along with it, only to reveal that the person is Britt!
He sees her, and her eyes lock on him, just as the promo video closes.
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Jason will finally learn without a shadow of a doubt that Britt is alive, but will he learn why she faked her death and has stayed away from loved ones for so long?
