When she realizes she’s at GH, she’ll probably ask, “Why am I here?” The next question she’ll have will be about her kids, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlet Fernandez).

She’s missed out on almost four years of their lives and will be thrilled to reunite with her children. Lulu will want to know what has occurred with them since she’s been in a coma.
When Lulu finds out that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) accidentally shot Charlotte and nearly killed her last year, she is livid. She will also want Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to be tracked down immediately.

Val is on the run with Charlotte, and it looks like Lulu’s mom, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), is pumping up the search. Rocco lives with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and his current love, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
Speaking of Dante, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is keeping a massive secret from him. Before Lulu fell into a coma, she was about to tell Dante that she still loved him.
Maxie isn’t sure if she wants to tell Dante now, considering he’s moved on and seems happy with Sam. Lulu may try to pick up where she left off and get Dante back. However, when she learns he’s cohabiting with Sam, she undertakes the painful task of letting him go.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What If Cyrus Saves Lulu?
Lulu will also find out that her father, Luke Spencer (Tony Geary), died, which will break her heart. Despite Lulu’s brother, Lucky Spencer (Johnathan Jackson), making his inevitable return to Port Charles, Lucky may not be a viable liver donor for Lulu, and someone else will save her.

Wouldn’t it be ironic if the person who saved Lulu was the same person who put her in that bed for four years to start with? Laura’s brother, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), ordered Julian Jerome (William DeVry) to bomb the Floating Rib in an effort to kill Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Instead, there were several casualties in that explosion, including Lulu’s almost fiancée, Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson). Dustin perished at General Hospital shortly after. If Cyrus donated a portion of his liver to Lulu, she may not be so thankful once she discovers Cyrus’s role in the explosion.
Cyrus will probably try to explain to Lulu that he’s a changed man who has found God. However, it is up to Lulu to decide if she buys it.
In any case, when Lulu wakes up, Dante must decide how he feels about Lulu. It’s going to be more complicated than he could ever imagine.

He loves Sam, but in his heart, he may still love Lulu as well. The story will likely shift quickly toward a reunion between Dante and Lulu. Unfortunately, GH has decided to terminate Sam’s character.
When Lulu wakes up, she won’t be played by Emme Rylan, but a recast. There’s no telling if her chemistry with Dante will even work. All we can do is stay tuned.
