Big Sad News! Chris & Amy Why Police Reported For Matt Roloff? Caryn Today Pregnant ? New Baby ?

Amy Roloff recently expressed her disappointment with her ex-husband, Matt Roloff, over his decision to rent out the family farm, which holds immense sentimental value for her.

The farm was where she raised her children for over 30 years, and in her eyes, it should remain within the family. In a teaser clip from the upcoming season of Little People, Big World, Amy opened up about her feelings, stating,

“I never pictured that the house I raised my kids in for 30 years would be a short-term rental. There should be a family in it.”

Despite her disappointment, Amy acknowledged that Matt is now the sole owner of the property and has the right to make decisions regarding its use. She conceded, “Matt owns it all. It’s not like I wish him ill will. From a business perspective, it makes sense.”

The conflict stems from decisions made after Amy and Matt’s divorce. In 2020, Amy sold her share of the family farm to Matt for $975,000 as part of their divorce settlement.

At the time, it was believed that the farm would eventually be passed down to one of their children. Amy, like many fans of the show, likely expected the farm to stay within the family, maintaining its legacy.

However, in early 2022, Matt made the unexpected decision to list the famous family home and a portion of the farm for sale.

He put 16 acres of the 32-acre property on the market, a move that caught many, including his family, by surprise.

The sale of the farm didn’t go as planned. After several months on the market, Matt removed the property from sale and opted to turn it into a rental for fans and vacationers.

The farm, now an Airbnb rental, is available for approximately $2,600 for a minimum three-night stay.

The rental offers unique amenities such as a hot tub, a castle, and an old western town on the property, attracting visitors who want to experience the famous Little People, Big World location.

The rental has received consistently high reviews, with many guests praising the opportunity to stay on the iconic farm.

While Amy has been vocal about her personal disappointment, she also recognizes the practicality of Matt’s decision.

Matt has continued to run the farm as a business, which includes hosting the annual pumpkin season event that draws large crowds.

Amy, while no longer involved in the business side of the farm, still participates during pumpkin season alongside her current husband, Chris Marek, greeting fans and maintaining a presence at the farm.

As Matt continues to rent out the property, he is also preparing for his next big move—building his dream home on the farm.

He has been working on constructing a new house on the remaining acreage, where he plans to live with his fiancée, Caryn Chandler. The couple got engaged in 2023 and are set to move into the house by December.

Matt has shared that his original vision for the home was a traditional farmhouse design, but as construction progressed, he decided to take a more modern approach.

Fans who visit the farm during pumpkin season have gotten a sneak peek at the new house as Matt provided updates during Q&A sessions.

While Matt and Caryn prepare for their new life in the dream home, Matt’s youngest son, Jacob, and daughter-in-law, Isabel, have been living in a fifth-wheel camper on a private plot of land nearby.

Jacob, who has been helping his father on the farm, plays a significant role in maintaining the property. He has been involved in various tasks, from cutting wood to running the pumpkin patch.

Living in the camper has allowed Jacob and Isabel to save money while also contributing to the farm’s operations. According to sources, Jacob appreciates his father’s generosity and the opportunity to be involved in the family business.

The dynamics within the Roloff family continue to evolve, with Matt at the center of the farm’s future. While Amy may have hoped that one of their children would eventually take over the property, Matt’s business decisions have taken the farm in a different direction.

As Matt and Karen look forward to their future in the new home, the farm’s legacy as both a family residence and a business remains a key focus for the Roloffs, even as tensions and differing opinions arise between the family members.
