Zach Roloff Reported Police And Finally ARREST 😭 | Matt Roloff | Little People Big World| TLC

Tori Roloff says trainer Sage surgery was only way to fix postpartum body

Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff revealed that a trainer told her surgery was the only way to fix her body after having three children. After giving birth to her first child, Jackson, in 2017, Tori felt uncomfortable with her body.

“I also had to watch myself change on national television,” she said on the June 13 episode of her podcast, Raising Heights, with husband Zach Roloff. “I got huge during my pregnancies, and reading people’s comments about how I really let myself go was hard.”

Tori explained that her abs separated during pregnancy and never came back together. A trainer told her, “Surgery is the only way you’re going to fix this.”

However, Zach encouraged her to keep working on herself without surgery. “Zach asked me if I had really tried to get where I want to be without surgery, and I hadn’t,” Tori admitted. “It brought me to the realization that I’m happy with where I am right now.”

After Jackson, Tori gave birth to their second child, Lila, in 2019, and their third, Josiah, in 2022. She has documented her weight loss journey with fans, starting a 14-week challenge in 2024.

She’s been jogging and spending time on the treadmill. “I am not a runner, but I’m trying,” Tori wrote in a June 6 video. Seeing progress, she said, “Going to do a stupid workout for my stupid health to get stupid in shape.”

After Lila’s birth, Tori shared her postpartum struggles. “It’s only been three weeks since growing and then birthing a human being, but it’s hard,” she said via Instagram in December 2019.

“Having major abdominal surgery is difficult because I hate being restricted. I hate asking for help. I hate not being able to physically keep up with where my mental state is. Plus, there are jiggles in places that are hard to come to terms with.”

By October 2020, Tori made a major lifestyle change by going to the gym. “I have never ever done that in my life,” she told Us Weekly. “This is the first time I found a place that holds me accountable, and it’s been good. I just feel stronger and more confident.”

The new season of Little People, Big World kicks off on Tuesday, May 7, on TLC, giving a closer look at Tori and Zach’s life with their adorable children.

Recently, Tori shared that she had given birth to their new baby, Josiah, on April 30. “You surprised us all by coming early, but also the wait felt like a lifetime.

Best birthday present ever,” Tori wrote in one caption. Zach also shared a photo, saying, “Super happy for our family, and the kids adore him already. Very proud of Tori as well; she has done incredible.”

After three kids, fans have been curious if Zach would consider getting a vasectomy. Tori candidly said she would support her husband if he decides to get one, humorously adding that she had been “cut open three times” for C-sections. “If Zach ever considers getting a vasectomy, he’d be doing me a solid,” she said.

Fans noticed Tori’s reaction to Audrey’s fourth baby. Tori commented with white hearts on Audrey’s Instagram post, which led to speculation about her feelings. However, the family has not spoken up about it.

Tori and Zach Roloff have been part of Little People, Big World for over a decade, growing up on the show. They have often received flak for their parenting skills, with many accusing Tori of exploiting her kids for brand deals.

In a podcast, Tori smartly replied that their kids are set up for whatever they need. Now that the couple has quit the show, including their kids on social media might be essential as it remains one of their main income sources.
