LPBW: New Baby 4th!! Zach Share New Baby With Tori Roloff

Tori Roloff Hints at Expanding Family Amid Health Struggles

Tori Roloff, former cast member of Little People, Big World, recently hinted that she and her husband, Zach Roloff, might not be done growing their family.

Despite already having three children—Jackson, Lilah and Josiah—Tori may be considering adding a fourth child to their family.

In a recent Instagram Story, Tori posted an adorable picture of her daughter, Lilah holding a baby doll. In the caption, Tori joked, “I’m not looking for another child. Another child is not what I desire… but really,

I believe Lilah would handle everything if we had more kids, hehe.” This playful comment has sparked speculation among fans that Tori and Zach might be open to having another baby, despite earlier indications that they were finished expanding their family.

Tori and Zach have previously discussed the possibility of having more children. After the birth of their youngest child, Josiah, in 2022, the couple mentioned that they might leave the option open.

Zach commented, “After this, we’re probably done,” but Tori admitted that it’s been harder to say they’re done because Josiah has been such an easy baby. She shared that she sometimes thinks, “Oh, maybe we can do one more.”

However, in a more recent Instagram Q&A, Tori confirmed that they are not actively planning for another child.

“No more children are what we desire,” she stated, explaining that her body has been through a lot, including three C-sections and a miscarriage in recent years.

Tori has also considered plastic surgery due to speculation about her appearance. “My body has gone through so much… because

I have a belly, I consider getting my stomach fixed,” she remarked. But she also expressed pride in her body’s ability to bear three children and endure multiple surgeries.

Despite these challenges, Tori’s recent comments have left the door open to the possibility of expanding their family, though she seems content with where they are now.

Zach Roloff’s Health Scare

While family planning remains a topic of conversation, the Roloffs have been dealing with more immediate concerns—specifically Zach’s health.

Recently, Zach had to visit an urgent care facility due to an illness. This incident came shortly after his emergency shunt revision surgery, which was featured in the 25th season of Little People, Big World.

As Zach recovered, Tori found herself overwhelmed by the situation. In an Instagram Story, she shared that the stress of planning their son Josiah’s second birthday, coupled with Zach’s health issues, had taken a toll on her.

After moving some furniture while their flooring was being redone, Tori ended up throwing out her back, adding to the already high level of stress.

Despite these challenges, the family managed to celebrate Josiah’s birthday. Tori posted a video of the family singing “Happy Birthday” to Josiah, who looked a bit unsure but eventually enjoyed his construction-themed cake. The celebration was a brief moment of joy amid a stressful time for the family.
