Who Do ‘OutDaughtered’ Busby Quints Want Fired?

While the OutDaughtered parents, Adam and Danielle Busby, are squabbling over communication issues, the Busby Quints are calling for someone to be fired.

In the first three episodes of the newest season, the Quints and Blake are growing fast, which has led to the logistical nightmare of chauffeuring the kids from one activity to another.

Although Adam and Danielle have been fighting more lately, many believe the root cause lies in Danielle’s exhaustion from battling multiple illnesses. Some viewers even think Danielle may need therapy, as her frustrations have led to lashing out at the family.

Despite these challenges, the Busby Quints—Ava, Hazel, Olivia, Parker, and Riley—seem mostly unfazed by Danielle’s outbursts.

However, the chaos at home is palpable. Blake, at age 12, is especially struggling, worrying herself sick about making mistakes.

Tensions are high as everyone in the family is bickering, and the environment is stressful. But what’s caught viewers’ attention is the Quints’ demand for one person to be fired.

During a recent episode, Adam and Danielle called in family friends Debbie “Trap” McCormack and Aunt Kiki Mills to help with the kids. But things quickly went awry.

The van broke down, laundry piled up, and, most notably, the Quints were forgotten at the bus stop. When the girls finally made it home, they confronted Kiki, who had been tasked with picking them up.

“You were supposed to pick us up at the bus stop!” they exclaimed, visibly frustrated. Riley later confessed in a confessional interview that Kiki should be fired for forgetting them, and Parker chimed in with her own complaints.

Aunt Kiki, already overwhelmed by the chaos of managing five energetic girls, admitted to forgetting to switch laundry from the washer to the dryer.

Her efforts to rally the girls for a special event hit several snags. Hazel, unhappy with her outfit, protested, “I hate dresses,” and both she and Olivia refused to cooperate, opting to eat Oreos instead. Kiki mixed up twins Olivia and Ava, adding to the confusion.

Kiki’s confession in the interview highlighted her struggles: “It’s just so overwhelming… It’s total chaos.” Trying her best to keep up, Kiki realized just how tough it is to manage the Busby Quints without their parents.

In the world of reality TV, few families have captured hearts like the Busbys. However, even with their sunny disposition, life in the spotlight brings its challenges.

This behind-the-scenes drama involving the Quints and Aunt Kiki has sparked unexpected tension in the normally wholesome show. While the Quints demand changes, it remains to be seen if Aunt Kiki will stay—or if the girls will get their wish.
