OutDaughtered: says we’re changing the Vlogging game this summer!!
Currently, it’s just me, AA, and Hazel. Blake, Olivia, and Parker are somewhere else right now. We’re moving along, and they will join us later. I want to go on that ride, although I don’t think you can see it from here.
We might head to our cabana first. After walking for about 8 minutes, Hazel is already turning red. We’re going to head back to our cabana, and then we’ll be able to enjoy the Lazy River section.
After that, we plan to try out the water slides, but first, we need to set down all our stuff.
In the last season of our TV show, OutDaughtered, we did an entire episode at VidSummit, a conference for video creators.
We took the kids along, and the episode focused on them wanting to explore being more involved in our YouTube channel, as well as the idea of creating their own content.
They’ve dabbled in it quite a bit. A recurring theme for us is figuring out how to make things easier for the kids. I’m a gear guy, so I’m always looking for new cameras and equipment that are easy for them to use.
Last year, we did a video on the Insta360 Go 3, which is a fantastic camera that’s compact and portable, making it easy for the girls to use.
Insta360 has just released the Go 3S, which is even more impressive with its tiny form factor and 4K video capabilities.
We wanted to test the new Go 3S in real-world scenarios, like water gun fights, water parks, and vlogging, to see what this new 4K camera can do, especially in a setting like a water park where it’s great to have a small, easy-to-handle camera.
One of my favorite features of the camera is being able to view footage remotely from the Action Pod.
While the girls are playing and vlogging, we can actually see the live view and start or stop recording on demand. This feature allows us to monitor and control the recording process easily.
Today, we’re at the water park. Hazel is wearing the pendant with a Quick Clip, which allows us to adjust the angle.
We’re using the interval video mode, where the camera records a clip every few minutes and then automatically creates a video for us. Hazel will be the first to test this feature. We also plan to try out the slides and have a water fight in the backyard.
The Insta360 Go 3S comes with a new Quick Reader, which makes transferring data quick and easy. Since the camera doesn’t have a built-in SD card slot, all footage is recorded on the camera.
The Quick Reader allows you to transfer data from the camera to an SD card, which can be easily transferred to your computer later. This feature saves time and frees up storage space.
With five girls, things move quickly, and they soon move on to other activities. We love the Go 3S for its versatility and ease of use, especially for kids. The camera’s lens can be easily removed and replaced, adding to its convenience.
Thank you to Insta360 for sending us the Go 3S to test and allowing us to be among the first to try it out. We absolutely love it and look forward to using it many more times in the future. Thanks for listening and for sponsoring this video.
