Sister Wives’ Browns Sell Coyote Pass For Massive Amount

When the Brown family of Sister Wives fame moved to Arizona, they anticipated building dream homes on the stunning Coyote Pass property. But as time went on and drama escalated, those plans never came to fruition.

Now, the Brown family has reportedly sold their property for good.

Read on to learn more about the sale and see how much the family allegedly received in the deal.

The Sister Wives Cast Sells Coyote Pass For Over $1 Million

As TV Shows Ace recently noted, rumors started circling about Coyote Pass changing hands. According to reports, the majority of the family signed off on the agreement in January with Robyn being the last holdout. She allegedly signed off on the deal in late March.

Not long ago, media outlets confirmed that both Meri and Janelle Brown sold their own parcels of land. As fans recall, Christine already sold her parcel of land back to Kody for $10. After marrying David Woolley, she wanted nothing further to do with Coyote Pass.

Now, new reports indicate that Kody, Meri, Janelle, and Robyn Brown have walked away with a tidy profit after selling the expansive Flagstaff property.

The U.S. Sun states that “the four family members have sold the land for $1,500,000, a $680,000 profit.”

Having money from a long-running reality television series is one thing, but the money from the sale could solve many financial issues for the family.

The Brown Family Parents Each Earned A Percentage Of The Sale

During the course of Season 19, Kody felt adamant that he didn’t need to divide the money evenly among his ex-wives. Janelle and Meri insisted they would lawyer up if Kody wouldn’t be fair.

Before Season 19 went on hiatus, Meri and Janelle expressed anger and frustration over the situation. Above all else, they worried Kody would try to cheat them. He later admitted he considered it, but Robyn discouraged it.

The U.S. Sun goes on to report that one of the plots in Kody and Robyn Brown’s name sold for $305,000. The second plot also sold for $305,000, of which Janelle and Meri each own 50 percent.

The third plot sold for $400,000 with Kody and Robyn owning 50 percent and Meri and Janelle owning 25 percent. The fourth piece of Coyote Pass reportedly sold for $490,000 with Kody and Robyn again owning 50 percent and Meri and Janelle owning 25 percent.

The Rest Of Season 19 Will Likely Further Explore The Property Dispute

The sale might be final, but Sister Wives viewers haven’t heard the last about Coyote Pass. In all likelihood, the property dispute will continue to be a contention point as Season 19 continues this weekend.

It’s not yet public knowledge how tense the situation grew between Kody and his ex-wives. However, Meri has publicly spouted ire against Kody on social media. There’s probably still quite a bit of bad blood between the pair, especially after Kody called her friends “b*tches” in a confessional.

Sister Wives Season 19 returns to TLC this Sunday night at 10 PM Eastern time. Until then, be sure to follow TV Shows Ace online for the latest news and updates on the Brown family.
