Ridge Changed His Mind, Siding with Brooke & Eric to Rehire Hope | B&B Spoilers
It seems that Rich is starting to feel some regret for supporting Steffy’s decision, especially as the anger surrounding Hope’s dismissal continues to grow.
The situation has taken a turn as everyone, including Carter, has been voicing their concerns. Carter’s extreme disappointment in Rich for backing Steffy has caused Rich to rethink his actions.
For someone as close to him as Carter, seeing that level of disappointment must have been a wake-up call.

Being on the losing side of this battle could cost her more than just her position; it could shake her standing within the company she has worked so hard to control.
However, Steffy isn’t one to give up easily. She knows that Carter, who has long harbored his own frustrations, is preparing a plan for revenge.
He wants to see Steffy demoted, and she’s aware that his efforts could be a significant threat to her.
As tensions rise, it’s clear that there are no easy answers here. Will Rich’s decision to support Hope tear his family apart even further, or will it bring some semblance of peace?
Steffy’s plans for retaliation could cause even more chaos within the company, and it’s uncertain how things will unfold. What’s certain, though, is that Rich’s decision will have lasting consequences.
