The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) fired Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).
However, that will just propel Carter to file the LLC paperwork, putting him in charge of Forrester Creations. Carter vowed to rehire Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), but he also thinks Ridge and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shouldn’t be making business decisions.

The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers – Carter Walton’s Risky Idea
B&B spoilers reveal that Carter came up with the risky idea of putting his name as manager of the LLC paperwork. Even though it was initially Carter’s idea, he has questioned that numerous times.
Each time Carter starts to question it, Hope is right there, telling him all the reasons he needs to betray the Forrester family.
At one point, Carter put his name as “manager.” Then, Carter had Ridge and Steffy sign it. Steffy didn’t notice anything because she was distracted by Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig).
Ridge noticed and did say something, but ended up signing it anyway. After all, Steffy told Ridge, “Come on, it’s Carter!”
B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester’s Confrontation
Once Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) overheard Hope and Carter talking, she trotted off to warn Ridge. However, Brooke’s warning came a little too late.
After all, by the time Ridge found out, the signatures were already on the paperwork. The only thing left to make it legal is to get the paperwork filed.
Ridge called Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) to help fix the mess. While Justin is looking over the paperwork, Ridge tried to make a deal with Carter.
Ridge suggested they forget this whole thing, Carter can dump Hope, and everything goes back to normal. However, Carter is not on board with dumping Hope. As the two men argued, Ridge fired Carter.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that in the weekly preview clip, Hope tells Brooke that the paperwork has already been filed. The preview clip also shows Steffy, Ridge, and Eric standing in the CEO office with Justin.
Steffy pleads with Justin to tell them that Carter won’t get away with this. The look on Justin’s face suggests they might be too late, though.

Carter has vowed to reinstate Hope and HFTF if he takes control of Forrester Creations. However, Carter has also spent a lot of time talking about how Steffy makes bad business decisions. Carter doesn’t insult Ridge as much, but also talks about getting rid of him.
So, once Carter is officially in charge, will he not only reinstate Hope but make her CEO? Could Ridge and Steffy be fired from their own company?
