Interestingly enough, her paternity mystery has now given rise to another related question—Who is Finn Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) dad? Some fans are now suspicious about their connection, and here’s what to know about this NeverEnding Dramarama.
The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers – Who Has Finnegan Blood?
For starters, Luna’s paternity has been an open question for a while now. The most recent man to be tested as a potential father is Jack Finnegan (Ted King).
His jealous wife, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), believed he fathered her sister Poppy Nozawa’s (Romy Park) child, despite both Jack and Poppy denying it. Jack’s recent DNA test showed he was telling the truth, which led part of the audience to conclude that Finn is the actual baby daddy.
That’s because Finn and Poppy admitted to being intimate at the time Luna was conceived. But other fans are asking—why wasn’t there some indication or hint of Jack and Luna’s DNA matching if Finn is the dad?

That question leads to two possible answers:
- Finn isn’t the dad.
- Jack isn’t Finn’s father.
Now, we’re no geneticists, but wouldn’t some kind of similarity be noted if Finn, Luna, and Jack were all related by blood? After all, Luna would be Jack’s granddaughter.

Did Sheila Carter Lie About Finn’s Paternity?
Here’s where it gets juicy—Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is Finn’s biological mother, and she told Jack that he is her baby daddy. But did she lie?
The idea that Sheila would lie about something as major as this is totally believable—and would be one of her least worst crimes! Jack and Sheila had an affair, and he never left Li for her. Maybe Sheila was desperate to bag Jack and lied about her pregnancy as a last-ditch effort to win him over.
