The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and updates tease Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) has awakened, fully aware of his identity but lacking any recollection of recent events on the CBS soap.

Suspicions Liam Was Assaulted, But Nothing To Prove It

There are some intriguing clues about the direction the soap is taking, starting with Liam’s memory loss regarding the incident.

Dr. Buckingham inquired if Steffy believed Liam had been assaulted-naturally, no one has a clear understanding of what transpired, leading Steffy to admit her uncertainty.

The doctor then brings up the two blows to Liam’s head, suggesting he was indeed attacked rather than simply fainting.

However, we know the truth: Liam didn’t just collapse; he fell twice, which explains the two impact points on his head. Yet, Liam remains completely unaware of what actually occurred.

An Investigation Starts?

Steffy discovered him at the Spencer Estate, the residence of his father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). Given that a convicted murderer, who has since been pardoned, once lived there, it’s possible that Lt. Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) might get involved.

He did mention he would be keeping a close eye on Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). If there are suspicions that Liam’s injuries stem from an attack, all evidence could point towards Luna.

The first accusation is likely to come from Steffy-however, viewers are aware that Luna is innocent, a truth known only to her.

Who Else May Have Had Motive?

If the storyline shifts to exploring the cause of Liam’s injuries, which appear to be from an assault, another angle might emerge.

The police might suspect that Luna’s motive stems from jealousy, given that Liam is Bill’s son and she wanted him as a father figure. However, they could discover that someone else also has a reason to harm Liam.

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is currently at odds with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), and her father, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), recently attacked Carter for breaking Hope’s heart.

The detectives aren’t the most perceptive, so Lt. Baker might consider Deacon a person of interest; after all, he assaulted one of his daughter’s boyfriends for hurting her.

Might Liam And Steffy Frame Luna?

Liam shares Steffy’s outrage over Luna’s release from jail and her newfound freedom. It’s possible he recalls the true events, and together with Steffy, they might devise a scheme to ensure Luna remains incarcerated.

Liam could consider making a false accusation against Luna, which is uncharacteristic for him, as he typically wouldn’t want to wrongfully imprison an innocent person.

However, he might justify this deception as a means to protect his family—and, by extension, the entire city of Los Angeles.
