1) Liam’s scary seizure and collapse

Although Liam’s symptoms have been worsening, he might head to the party anyway and hope he can make it through the evening without raising too many red flags.
That plan could prove disastrous if Liam has a scary seizure and collapses in front of everyone.
If Liam experiences a very public medical decline, his secret may be exposed to all the party guests.
Liam could ultimately be hospitalized or become bedridden at the cliff house as the end draws near.
