The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, August 29, tease that Bill visits Poppy in jail and reveals that he is not Luna’s father after all. Meanwhile, someone unexpectedly offers Deputy Detective Baker new evidence in the murders of Tom and Hollis. It’s sure to be a surprising B&B day.
Test Re-Do
Bill (Don Diamont) has conflicted feelings about Poppy (Romy Park) since she got arrested for murder. Bill is having a hard time believing his sweet lady love could drug and kill two men. However, he also knows that all the evidence points to her.
Bill pays Poppy a visit in jail to share the upsetting news that Luna (Lisa Yamada) is not his daughter. He tells Poppy how they took another paternity test that clearly shows that he is not Luna’s father. Poppy will be crushed to hear this and not understand how the first test showed that Bill is her father. Of course, we know that Luna bought a fake paternity test on the dark web to give false results.
Bill will most likely tell Poppy that he plans to stand by Luna as if she were his own daughter. With Poppy locked up in jail for some time now, that may offer her some consolation.

B&B spoilers for Thursday, August 29 reveal that Luna left Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) in the cage to rot.
Then, she went to visit Poppy in jail. It’s about time.
Poppy was just telling Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) that she hasn’t heard a word from Luna.
Of course, Luna kept up her innocent act and claimed to believe Poppy was innocent. Well, that’s because Luna is the real killer!
B&B Spoilers: Investigation Surprise
Then, Luna went to Deputy Chief Bradley Baker’s (Dan Martin) office. When Baker came in, he assumed Luna was there to plead for her mother’s release.
Baker was surprised when Luna said Poppy’s guilty and she’s not covering for her mother anymore. Then, Luna claimed to have evidence.
Baker already has evidence in Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) case. That’s why Baker had probable cause to arrest Poppy.
So, this new evidence might be about Paul “Hollis” Hollister’s (Hollis W. Chambers) death. Luna doesn’t want to risk her mother avoiding prison.
Bill Spencer’s Jailhouse Confrontation
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Thursday, August 29 reveal that Bill still can’t wrap his head round everything that’s happened.
Bill is wondering if Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) is right about someone setting up Poppy.
Bill also wants to know if Poppy tampered with the first paternity test. Bill had already questioned Li, who had denied it.
Bill seemed to believe Li, and he will likely believe Poppy too.

Poppy doesn’t seem to have any idea of what her daughter is really like. Bill is already reeling over Luna kissing him twice now.
Bill hasn’t told anyone about it. Now, Bill is a pretty smart and perceptive guy.
Bill snowed Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown), so could he be doing the same in this storyline?
It’s quite odd that Bill didn’t ask Luna to leave the mansion, even after two forbidden kisses.
So, Poppy might mention something curious during her jailhouse visit with Bill.
Meanwhile, Steffy is trapped and begging for someone to save her. As for John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), he will get even more frantic about his wife’s disappearance.
Nobody seems concerned except for Finn, though. Will Finn be able to save Steffy before it’s too late? What does that mean for Luna’s future?
