Bold & Beautiful’s Tanner Novlan Draws a Line in the Sand… That Finn Is Sure to Cross
To both Bold & Beautiful viewers and Steffy, what Finn should do is clear: Stay the hell away from the Biological Mother™ who shot the two of them and terrorized virtually everyone she ever met.
Alas, the bighearted doctor doesn’t seem to own a pair of common-sense glasses. So he keeps delighting Sheila while upsetting Steffy.
Clearly, a reckoning is coming!
“Finn needs to understand Sheila is obsessed with him,” Tanner Novlan tells Soaps.com, “and she doesn’t respect boundaries.”
On the contrary, the merry murderess likes to know where a limit is so that she can push it and push it and push it. Perhaps Finn hasn’t been acquainted with her for long enough to realize that if he gives her an inch, she’ll take a mile.
Then again, maybe he just hasn’t connected the dots. He’s seen the way that Sheila coerced him into not only attending her wedding to Deacon but being a part of it when all he’d come by Il Giardino to do was pick up pizza.
Maybe on some level, Finn doesn’t want to connect the dots, because if he did, it would mean severing his ties to the killer to whom he is constantly drawn.
In the end, Novlan suggests that his character may not do the math until it’s already too late. “How far will Sheila push,” he muses, “before he realizes Sheila has cost him his children and his true soulmate?” We have a baaad feeling that that day is coming sooner than later!
