Daniel had been haunted by sleepless nights, endlessly replaying every detail, searching for clues that might lead him to Heather’s killer.
When Heather’s phone finally pinged, the signal led him to an unexpected place—a grimy, rundown motel on the edge of town.
Sharon had made a fatal mistake, leaving Heather’s phone on, giving Daniel the proof he needed.
He now knew the truth—it was Sharon who had taken Heather’s life. But justice wasn’t enough for him anymore. Daniel wanted revenge.
The sight of the squalid motel room only fueled his rage. The cramped space reeked of neglect, trash piled in corners, and the stench of stale cigarettes clung to the air.
How had Sharon, once so composed, sunk so low? Daniel’s fury mounted as he saw Heather’s phone tossed carelessly on the bed.
His heart pounded as he clenched his fists, trying to stay calm, but the overwhelming anger made it impossible.
Suddenly, the door creaked open, and Sharon stepped in. Her eyes widened in shock as she saw Daniel standing there, his face twisted in hatred. “Daniel, what are you doing here?” she stammered, clearly unprepared for this confrontation.
“Why do you have Heather’s phone, Sharon?” His voice was ice-cold. “Did you kill her?”
Before Sharon could answer, Daniel lunged at her, pushing her hard against the wall. His hands tightened around her throat as he screamed, demanding the truth.
Sharon gasped for breath, pleading for him to stop, but Daniel’s fury was uncontrollable. His fists rained down on her, each blow driven by the pain and hatred that had consumed him since Heather’s death.
Just as Daniel’s rage reached its peak, the door flew open again. A figure appeared, pulling Daniel back with surprising force, stopping him from finishing what he had started. Whoever it was, they had saved Sharon’s life—for now.
Sharon, slumped on the floor, bruised and gasping, stared up at Daniel with fear. But Daniel’s anger hadn’t subsided.
He was certain Sharon was Heather’s killer, and he vowed to make sure she paid.
The system might fail him, but Daniel was willing to cross any line to ensure that Heather got justice. If the law couldn’t bring Sharon to justice, he would take matters into his own hands.
And for Daniel, this was far from over.
