The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, May 29, reveal that Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) just got some huge news – and it was just what he’d been waiting to hear! Although Poppy Nozawa (Romy Park) previously claimed Bill wasn’t Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) biological father, she now claims there’s a chance he could be.

Of course, Bill will be delighted since he adores Luna and would love nothing more than to be her dad.

B&B’s weekly preview video shows Bill offering an excited “let’s do it now,” so that could be about getting a DNA test or about giving Luna updates on Poppy’s admission.

It’s possible that Bill won’t even care about the actual paternity results.

Since Bill’s crazy about Poppy and Luna, he’d love to be a family with them and might be willing to roll with this no matter what.

In that case, Bill might get on board with just telling Luna that he’s her bio dad – even without DNA evidence.

Poppy has always acted like the truth could be far worse, so Bill is obviously the preferable option here.

Naturally, it’s also possible Poppy is lying, so there’s the potential for her to manipulate or lie about the DNA results as well if they actually get a test.

It’s strange for Poppy to suddenly act like Bill’s a bio dad candidate after all, so this could be a rewrite or perhaps just Poppy’s solution to the paternity mystery pressure she’s under.

Regardless, it won’t be long until Poppy and Bill are ready to fill Luna in, so look for her to get some life-changing info within the next episode or two.

In the meantime, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will bicker over John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) now that he’s attended Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) and Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) wedding.

Although Hope will defend Finn, Steffy will insist he should’ve walked away and may act like he would’ve if Hope hadn’t been there.

It’s clear that Steffy thinks Hope is a bad example and that she’s swaying Finn’s opinion of Sheila.

Hope, on the other hand, will think Steffy’s being too controlling of Finn, so she’ll suggest he should decide for himself whether his bio mom should be in his life.

Steffy will threaten to end Hope for the Future soon, so she might use the family wedding pic Deacon posted against Hope.

Maybe Steffy will act like it’s scandalous for Hope to be seen with a criminal like Sheila and insist it’s tainted the brand.
