What should fans expect? Well, a new character debuts, while two rivals have a heated face-off, and there’s a big bash on the horizon!
Week of May 12-16 – Phyllis Summers’ Bold Move
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 12-16 reveal Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will turn to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to propose an alliance to bring Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) down.
Phyllis will stumble upon some information while Billy and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) are chatting, and she’ll go straight to The Moustache with the intel. As the days go by, Billy will face a harsh blow thanks to Victor, which will cause Sally to see some red flags.
After all, Billy has made it seem like he’s past the idea of revenge, so if he has a meltdown over Victor’s move, Sally will be concerned. It looks like Phyllis’ bold move may not only affect Billy’s professional life, but his romance, too.
Meanwhile, another person who faces a blow, per se, will be Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). She’ll have an emotional face-off with wife, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), in the park this week; however, Mariah will not confess the secret that has her unraveling at the seams.
Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will help console a distraught Tessa in the aftermath, so fans should expect to see these two bond in the days and weeks ahead.
Over to Phyllis again, Y&R spoilers hint that she’ll get Aristotle Dumas’ contact information and reach out.
With that said, she’ll be completely caught off guard when someone else comes to GC in his place: her old pal, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). It turns out, Amanda is Dumas’s lawyer, so what happens next?
Week of May 19-23– Amanda Sinclair Versus Abby Newman-Abbott-Winters
While Phyllis will be hoping for some information from Amanda, the lawyer will remain hush-hush (client confidentiality and all).
Still, one person she won’t stay tight-lipped with is Abby Newman-Abbott-Winters (Melissa Ordway), as the two are slated to have a heated confrontation.
As Abby was the one to blow Amanda’s romance with Devon, there’s no love lost between these ladies. Still, how ugly will things get?
During this week, fans should note that the Tuesday, May 21 episode will be a ‘romance special’, with three GC super couples hitting center stage.
Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will be a part of the big show, along with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), plus Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters).
It sounds like the May 21 show will be one of those feel-good episodes, but it will also move some storylines forward.
Week of May 26-30 – Newman Bash + Character Debut
Finally, The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 26-30 promise some final preparations for a major bash that’s set to take place – Nikki’s birthday party! As such, actor Jai Rodriguez will debut as Pietro, a party planner who’ll help organize the shindig.
This is all part of a four-episode storyline surrounding Nikki’s b-day plans, so fans should brace themselves for the proverbial poop to hit the fan at some point. After all, no fancy event ever goes off without a little drama, right? So, could Dumas crash Nikki’s birthday fun?
Could Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) finally set a trap that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) falls into, and one that Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) sees? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
