The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Harrison’s Bike Accident on Claire’s Watch – Summer Fires Nanny Over Son’s Injury?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) is trying to have a little faith in Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) since everyone else seems to think she’s transformed her life. Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) certainly adores Claire, so Summer has put her own reservations aside to allow this trial nanny run.

However, Summer may be waiting for Claire to fail deep down. It’s clear that Summer still has some trust issues, so those may boil over into some conflict at the first sign of trouble.

That brings us to a potential hint in the May 30 episode. As Summer and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) stood outside cheering Harrison on, they talked about how quickly he’d picked up learning to ride a bicycle.

Of course, there must be a reason why Harrison is learning to ride a bike right as Claire is taking over nanny duties.

Y&R acknowledged that Summer was nervous about Harrison going too fast and showed that he was perhaps a bit overconfident in the process.

Doesn’t all this sound like a recipe for disaster?

Our predictions suggest that Harrison might go speeding on his bike while Claire’s watching him and take a tumble.

Harrison could end up getting injured, so Claire may have to tackle a crisis soon enough.

Naturally, it’s possible Harrison will merely skin a knee or have some other minor scrape that’s just part of childhood.

In that case, Kyle might insist it’s no big deal, especially if Claire cleans the wound and patches Harrison up like a pro.

As far as Kyle’s concerned, he may think it’s more proof that Claire knows what to do when situations like that arise.

Summer, on the other hand, might blow her top and argue that Claire wasn’t paying close enough attention.

Maybe Summer will blast Claire for letting Harrison get hurt on her watch and contend that this whole nanny thing just isn’t going to work out.

Summer will definitely be sensitive to any tiny thing that might go wrong, so Claire could pay a steep price when she makes her first blunder.
