Big Shocker YR Spoilers: Billy confides Jill’s secret to Lily, but she tells it to Devon and Mamie

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) could view Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) in a different light soon enough. Y&R fans know Billy has been causing drama at Chancellor-Winters for a while now, so Lily’s been stuck in the middle of his feud with Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James).

Of course, Devon isn’t blameless in all this since he tends to have a “my way or the highway” mentality and doesn’t give Billy any real respect.

Instead of trying to find common ground, Devon would rather just push Billy out of the company and be done with him.

However, there’s a good reason Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) transferred all her decision-making power to Billy since viewers now know about her illness.

Jill has some issues that stem from her previous heart attack, so she’s focusing on her recovery and lowering her stress level.

Although Jill swore Billy to secrecy, he’s bound to tell someone what she’s up against eventually – and there’s a good chance it’ll be Lily.

During the week of June 3-7, Lily will reach her breaking point with Billy, so it sounds like more clashing will go down.

As the confrontation escalates, Lily will get fed up and may argue that Jill just needs to step back in.

It’s easy to imagine Billy blurting out that it’s impossible and leaving Lily with questions.

Lily may ultimately realize something’s up with Billy and get him to admit he’s truly worried about Jill’s latest health problems.

Billy may explain what Jill’s facing and confess that’s the real reason why she pushed him to step up in her place.

This could bring a great opportunity for Lily to soften toward Billy and grow closer to him again, especially since they have a romantic history.

Billy may not want to pile anything else on Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) right now, so that could give him a good reason to lean on Lily instead.

There must be a reason why Y&R writers gave Jill this off-screen illness storyline. Could it be used as the catalyst for Billy and Lily’s romantic reunion?
